When ordering from the business online, customer service was our number 1 concern. I emailed them about two questions: first, what was their delivery policy? Second, were their refund guidelines and product warranty plans and procedures? In my own understanding, customer service is very important, but shipping timeframes were also a thing that we were unaware of. I sent them an email in July, asking for further information regarding their shipping timeframes and if their products could be shipped to my home without any delays.

In my opinion, customer service was very good. The representatives did respond swiftly to my issues and I received plenty of information regarding their products obtainable, their shipping plans and their industry leading get older verification software.
